Abigail Wong, Therapist-in-Training

Hi, I’m Abigail!

There are times in life when it feels like you are doing everything you can, yet still not finding the connection or peace you’re looking for. I resonate with how heavy that can feel, and I believe you should not have to carry it alone. I aim to bring a calm and welcoming approach to therapy, creating a safe space where clients can feel understood and empowered.

Having lived in Hong Kong, Germany, and Canada, I appreciate the many ways culture and family shape our identities and mental health. My work is informed by my experience supporting neurodivergent children and their families, where I saw how personalised, evidence-based strategies can foster communication, confidence, and connection. This has strengthened my commitment to helping families and individuals–especially those navigating cross-cultural transitions–heal from challenges, build stronger relationships, and grow into the best and most authentic version of themselves.

My goal is to help you uncover your strengths, understand yourself, and approach life with greater clarity and confidence. Together, we will use strategies that are both practical and compassionate to help you feel grounded and live in alignment with who you truly are.

Outside of work, I am an avid reader and am always looking for new book recommendations.
