Hey there!

My name is David and I’m passionate about educating the public on mental health. I came from a not-for-profit background serving as a mentor to youth. This experience has given me a unique opportunity to look into the unique struggles that young people are facing today.

My approach to therapy is client-centered, integrating modalities such as Emotion Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
