Mohammad Walajahi, RP(Qualifying)

Hi! I’m Mohammad!

I help young adults get unstuck and move toward what matters by clarifying what’s important, learning to relate differently to tough thoughts and emotions, and taking consistent action toward the life you actually want.

I’m especially drawn to anxiety, stress, burnout, overthinking, high-achievement/performance issues, and the “what am I doing with my life?” questions that come with life transitions.

My approach blends ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), mindfulness, and existential/Logotherapy. In ACT, we develop a framework for noticing thoughts and emotions as descriptions of what’s showing up, not instructions you must necessarily follow, so you can choose actions based on your values even when it's difficult.

I’m a 2nd-generation Afghan-Pakistani-Canadian, familiar with cultural identity stress, family dynamics, navigating faith & values, and feeling caught between worlds.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me playing or watching basketball (diehard OKC fan), snowboarding, staying active, or studying comparative religion.
