Hi! I’m Olga!
I’m passionate about supporting people through anxiety, depression, burnout, self-esteem challenges, and relationship struggles. My approach is person-centred and collaborative - we’ll explore what’s happening for you, uncover your strengths, and work together to create a path forward that truly feels right for you.
Life transitions can be tough, and it’s completely normal to feel lost, disconnected, or unsure of your next steps. As an immigrant who’s lived in three different countries, I know firsthand what it’s like to adapt to new environments and search for belonging. My goal is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can reflect, gain clarity, and feel supported as you build confidence and direction.
I draw from a mix of approaches (including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology) to tailor therapy to your unique needs. Together, we’ll focus on helping you navigate challenges with more ease, self-compassion, and confidence.
Outside of sessions, you can usually find me on my yoga mat, with a good book, or learning a new language!
